It was quick, easy, affordable ($6/key) and the keys work. Some of the graphics are silly and I actually laughed aloud during the process. I would recommend! I do wish there were a few more design options to get immediately but no biggie.

I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

They were very fast and very professional. I appreciated how quick they came to open our door. $350 to open the door and they were able to pick it so that was a relief. It was the only place I called so I cant compare prices.. The man was very kind.

Horrible experience, I called to get a ignition key done. They sent a contractor to do the job. The contractor didn’t even give me a price but when he charged me for the ignition key, my dropped. He way overcharged me for a simple key. I called back Master locksmith, they told me someone from higher management was going to call me to solve this ensue. They never called and now they block me from there calling list. What a disappointment of company. I will definitely tell everyone how horrible they are.
